Coaching Open Day @VRC This Saturday 1/6!
Selena ran our first two hour pop up racquetball event last Saturday at the VRC with around 20 people participating. Looks like everyone had a good time!
This Saturday (1/6) F8 (Selena's coaching business) is having a Coaching Open Day at the VRC from 9:30 to 2 with lots of opportunities to participate in both Squash and Racquetball. (Poster with details below). Be quick, spots are limited!
