The VDL Circumnavigation is the best and safest way to experience cruising around Tasmania - in company with experienced yachts and Powerboats.

The VDL Circumnavigation is conducted every two years and is a combined power and sail event run by the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, and Royal Geelong Yacht Club.

Visiting places such as Three Hummocks Island, Strahan and Macquarie Harbour, Gordon River, Port Davey, Recherche, the D'Entracasteaux Chanel, Bruny Island, the Kermandie Hotel, Huon, Hobart, Maria Island, the Freycinet Peninsula, the Furneaux Group (Flinders Island), Deal Island and many more!

Our Commodore John Hall and Admiral Pamela Hall have recently completed the VDLC and they are going to share their story and tell us what we need to do get on this great trip, and answer any questions you may have.
