Are you a teen/adult that knows how to sail and just want to get out on the water with some friends and participate in some friendly competition?

On selected Sunday's, you can hire one of our Pacers dinghies to sail around a short course under the guidance of a rescue boat or go for a leisurely sail to practice your skills, go on a picnic with the family, or just enjoy being out on the water. You can make it as serious or as fun as you want. Don’t have a crew or skipper? We can help you find one!

December: Sunday 22
February: Sunday 2, 9, 16 and 23
March: Sunday 8, 15 and 29

Time: We encorage you to Join the seniors and juniors upstairs in the Bar after to hear the results and show off to your mates with a MBSC Flag. Join in enough times and you may be in the running to win the official MBSC Pacer Racer Cup!

Price: Casual Pass $30 per boat with 2 persons or $100 for 4x Sunday Package. Pay cash or card at the 'L&D Desk'. Club membership required after 4 sesssions.

Requirements: All: swim 50m and water confident. Skipper: have sailing experience to launch, tack, gybe, capsize, and sail all points of sail (upwind, downwind, reach) unsupervised in a maximum of 15 knots of wind

Register: Click 'register' above. ALL participants must register separately. You will be directed to the Australian Sailing website to sign up for an 'AS Number'.

Bring: Please wear comfortable light weight clothes that can get wet, water bottle and adequate sun protection.  Life jackets will be provided by the club on arrival.

Unfavourable weather: MBSC reserves the right to cancel Pacer Race Sundays and reschedule your booking or issue a refund.

Location: Mounts Bay Sailing Club is situated in Crawley, near the University of WA, only 5 kms from the City and easily accessed from Stirling Hwy. MBSC is an accredited Discover Sailing Centre as part of 'Australian Sailing'.
