The Under 18 Girls State Indoor Championships will be held in Brisbane from 4-6 December 2020 at South Brisbane Vipers venue (Eagles Sports Complex 3 Weedon St W, Mansfield QLD 4122)

• Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted at the discretion of the Maryborough Indoor Hockey Committee

• Participation fee will be payable upon selection

• You will receive an email confirming your nomination has been successful
• Complete Medical History Form, return to Manager upon selection (download available below)
