The Under 18 Girls State Indoor Championships will be held in Brisbane at Mansfield from 11-13 October 2024

• Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted at the discretion of the Maryborough Indoor Hockey Committee

• Payment of the nomination fee of $50 is required and will be refunded if not selected

• You will receive an email confirming your nomination has been successful

• Complete Medical History Form, and return to Manager upon selection (download available below)
