The Masters Men and Women State Indoor Challenge will be held in Maryborough from 28-30 October 2022 at the Maryborough Indoor Hockey Complex.

• Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted at the discretion of the Maryborough Indoor Hockey Committee

• Hockey Queensland will invoice players a Participation fee of $33 in due course

• You will receive an email confirming your nomination
• Complete Medical History Form, return to Manager upon selection (download available below)
• Abide by MDHA Code of Conduct at all times (download available below)
