Training

We provide a community dragon boat club where people of all fitness levels are welcomed; participation is supported and encouraged for general health, fitness, camaraderie and team competiton and all achievements at all levels is recognised.

We provide an enviroment where you can safely learn how to paddle, with all the training and equipment supplied. Just wear suitable clothing and bring drinking water.

Training times are

Sunday 8.45am for 9.00am on the water

Monday 5.45pm for 6.00pm on the water

Thursday 5.45pm for 6.00pm on the water
