Training  (commenced 6th Feb)

Due to a new surface being laid at Ryde turf that pitch is now unavailable until the start of March. 

From Tuesday 2nd April we expect to return to training at Ryde turf in our regular timeslot: 

8:30 pm - Fitness

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm - pitch time
 

Please be ready to hit the turf fully kitted out at 9pm sharp.  
 

In the meantime our training schedule will be changed depending on other turf availabilities. Please keep checking back here for updates.

weekly training:

• THURSDAY 21st MARCH 7pm-9pm Narrabeen half-turf  (Manly 1s, 2s and any Sydney North players)
• THURSDAY 28th MARCH 7pm-9pm Narrabeen half-turf  (Manly 1s, 2s and any Sydney North players) 
• TUESDAYS FROM 2ND APRIL,  @ RYDE.   Fitness 8.30pm,  Turf 9-10pm. ** Tuesdays weekly at Ryde 

2nd Optional training 

We will also be adding a 2nd training night on Thursday evenings at the Narrabeen half-turf commencing in March, more details of this and the format of these sessions will be advised at a later date. Please note that TUESDAY night training will continue to be the main expected training night for both ML2 & ML4 teams for 2024.  

The search for a better training pitch-time is ongoing and based on the new turf being finalised at Ku-Ring-gai which will see some movement of time-slots between other turfs/club bookings.
 

This year we will also be holding 3 Weekend Trial dates, noted below.  The training and trials will be used for team selections for our SWHL ML2 & ML4 teams, with training attendance taken into account.

• Sunday 10th Mar 3pm-5pm                 CANCELLED 

We have taken on feedback around our team selections and aim to make this a fairer and more transparent process to allow all existing and new players the opportunity to be considered for teams.
