This session is directed towards parents, teachers & players, Senior and Junior in school years 10 & above, interested in learning how to confidently deliver an inclusive Come & Try Hockey Session.

This session will provide participants with the education and resources to confidently and independently, or collectively, deliver a Come & Try Session for their local club/school.

Participants will learn how to create a safe, fun and engaging learning environment suitable for both junior & senior players of all abilities. This session will focus on the basic concepts of coaching (4 essential skills) including group management, organisation, drills and modified game format for delivering a Come & Try Hockey Session.

On completion, participants will be invited to take part in Peel Hockey’s Coach Development Program.
