If you have an issue that you would like to report, there is a process that must be followed.
Issue with the coach
Please do not approach the Coach, but rather follow the following plan:
1. Call or email the Team Manager
2. Team Manager will liaise with the Coaching Convenor
3. Coaching Convenor will seek assistance from Compliance Officer
4. Compliance Officer will report on the matter to the Board
Issue with the manager
Please do not approach the Manager, but rather follow the below:
1. Call or email the Manager's Convenor
2. Manager's Convenor will seek assistance from the Compliance Officer
3. The Compliance Officer will report on the matter to the Board.
