Mackay Table Tennis Association invites all MTTA Members to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 13th November, 6pm at the MTTA hall. Please find  the relevant documents listed below, some of which will be voted on. 

Please review these prior to the AGM. Copies of all documents will be provided at the AGM. Click on each item to download.

Nominations for the all positions on the Committee must be returned to the Secretary by Wednesday, 30th October, 2024. 
These should be emailed to secretary@mackaytabletennis.au

In the event of 2 or more nominations for the same position, proxy forms will be distributed after 30th October, but at least 7 days prior to the AGM.   

The 2023/2024 Audit report will be presented at the AGM. As the Audit can sometimes be delivered by the auditors a few days before the AGM, this report will not be distributed until just prior to the commencement of the AGM.

All documentation contained in the email will also be available on the MTTA Hall noticeboard from Friday, October 11th.
