The children will learn softball skills such as throwing, batting, fielding, base running as well as playing some games and learning the rules of Softball. 

The event will run Thursday 12th and Friday 13th January from 9am - 2pm at the Mackay Softball grounds at Theo Hansen Park on Beaconsfield Road. Morning Tea & Lunch supplied - please note any dietary requirements when registering so catering can be covered. After 2pm there will be supervision for children of working parents/guardians until 5pm.  

The Softball Summer Camp leads perfectly into the Mackay Softball season starting in March 2023 for Juniors and April 2023 for Seniors. This is a great opportunity for the children to try before you buy.  All new kids to the sport will receive a glove to keep but, we have a limited number to give away, so register quick before they run out. 

We encourage juniors that have already played Softball to also attend as their knowledge and game sense will help all the new players to grow their confidence. Parents/guardians of existing juniors, please register using your RevSport login that you would have received from last season.
