What is Maccabi Mega Camp?
Maccabi Mega Camp is a sports and activities school holiday day camp for Jewish children in years K-6.
A selection of sports and activities will be offered on the two days - european handball, basketball, soccer and netball + many more.
Mega Camp 2025 is a collaboration of Maccabi NSW and Maccabi clubs, and proudly supported by JCA.
When is Mega Camp
Tuesday, 22nd April 9am-3pm
Wednesday, 23rd April 9am-3pm
Participants can select 1 or 2 days!
Who is Mega Camp for?
Kids in years K-6 (split into year groups) from across the Sydney Jewish community. Kids will be separated by year group throughout the day, excluding recess and lunch.
Cost - SIGN UP BEFORE 17 MARCH AND SAVE
Early bird: $80 per day - sign up before the 17th of March
Regular cost: $100 per day
Cost covers participation in all sports and social activities, sports injury insurance and morning tea.
Sibling discounts - an additional 10% discount from your total fee. Please contact us to receive discount code.

Dress Code
All participants need to dress in sports clothes, bring a hat, wear sneakers and also bring equipment appropriate to their sport - soccer boots and shin pads are not mandatory.
Coloured bibs will be provided for sports games.
Location
Eastern Suburbs – Location to be announced (return bus from Masada will be available pending minimum registrations)
Security & Medical
Security - The security and health of all participants is our top priority. Camp is run in coordination with CSG + Security will be present at the premises at all times.
First aid - There will be a designated First Aid officer at all events + Community Health Services will be on call.
Hot weather policy – If conditions are deemed unsafe, sports will be called off and kids will be supervised in an appropriate/cool environment.
Wet weather policy - camp will resume as normal, if conditions are unsafe then all activities will relocate to indoor facilities at the school
Food
Children will need to bring their own lunch (no nuts, veg or kosher). Kosher snacks will also be provided for morning tea and water will be readily available throughout the day.
