MACCABI LIFE PRESENTS TALKING STITCHES
Did you know that Knitting can be beneficial for your mental wellbeing and is so much more than just a fun hobby?
Join us on Sunday 2nd July at (9.30am -11.30am) for a very special Maccabi LIFE event - Talking Stitches!
Talking Stitches combines the social, educational and community elements of knitting all woven into one fun and informative event.
Hear from our special guest speaker Jaime Dorfman – Knitwear Designer – be inspired, and hear all about the health benefits of knitting, such as stress relief, mental stimulation, mindfulness, fine motor skills, social connection and more.
