Hi everyone!!
We will be holding our AGM for 2024 on December 8th 2023. This is a Friday and we will be allocating our first 30-60 minutes to the meeting. Will then fence for the remaining time of our session.
At this meeting, all Committee positions will be declared vacant and any eligible member will able to be nominated, either by themselves or others, for each of the roles. Please see the role descriptions (attached) if you are interesting in nominating.
For those not able to attend, but are wanting to vote for the new committee, please fill out the proxy form (attached) and send it to our email by replying to this one. Please note, only paid member are eligible to vote.
