This event has passed.
This year, our annual general meeting will be held in Bundoora Park from 5:00 pm on January 14th (Saturday) and will include a BBQ. We are aiming to be at BBQ pit 4 (map linked here; Bundoora Park Map) but as they are all for public use, the final location may change.
For those not able to attend but wanting to vote for the new committee, a proxy form is linked below which can be printed out and brought on the day or filled out electronically and sent to our email. Please note only paid members are eligible to vote.
