The UBL Training Camp will take place at the La Trobe Sports Stadium on Wednesday 21st February from 10am - 3pm. This is a compulsory camp if you are wanting to be selected for the 2024 season.

- Welcome from La Trobe Sport

- UBL Season including fixture, travel, home games, expectations, trainings, S&C & Wellbeing 

- Guest Speaker

- Fitness Testing

- On court training

La Trobe Sport will provide lunch for all participants so please ensure you complete the dietary requirements if any below.
