With the introduction of the RSVP system in 2018, the number of players has been limited to a cap subject to the Club's ability to secure extra courts at the venue. This ensures no one has to sit off for too long and get a fair share of games.

Some afternoons may have more than the limit. This is due to the Club being able to procure more courts at the venue. However extra court booking is at the discretion of the Club and may not occur regularly. Extra court booking is based on early number indication on the Club's RSVP system.

ATTENDANCE TARGET

Our aim is to have around 40 to 45 players each week.

This helps to provide a good rotation of players and mix of games during the session.

When there is room, more players will be allowed to attend.

POPULAR TIMES

Normal sessions tend to be the busiest, whilst public and school holidays tend to be the quietest.

Weather related events, such as extreme heat and storms, often affect the turnout as well.

GAME WAIT TIMES

Because we play doubles on all of the courts, there will be an average wait time of 15 minutes between games if all players are present.

When there are less than 38 players, some back to back games are possible, with members having priority. Please be patient and wait your turn.

When you have completed a game, please rest and let others have a go.
