Summer hockey and Ultimate Disc Registration Details

Please find details below for registering for the 2021 Summer Competition or the 2021 Ultimate disc competition.

It has been great to see so many names down to play this year. If you know some on that has not nominated as yet but is still wanting to play, please share the link.

How do I register?

• Click on this link to got to the LHA shop.
• Click on 2021 Summer Competition logo or Ultimate Disc logo
• Then select the Junior, Senior or Both category and numbers to be purchased
• Then add to cart:

• if you are purchasing more than one category,
  • Click back to shop select next category
  • You can decrease or increase numbers here
• Then proceed to checkout
• Please enter in required details
• In the notes section please type who you have paid for, especially for juniors
• This will allow us to reference who has paid.
• Then select Place order.
• Then select pay now (with credit card)
• You will be sent a receipt with receipt number and payment reference number
