Lithgow Hockey Association will be holding its Annual General meeting on the Tuesday 21 March

2023 at the Lithgow Workmen’s Club commencing at 7pm.

All positions will be declared vacant. Nominations for the following positions are to be received in

writing and received by the secretary no later than 10pm on the 13 March 2023.

Nominations are to be sent to executive.lha@gmail.com or to PO BOX 626 Lithgow NSW. All nominee for positions are to be registered members of Lithgow Hockey association.

The following positions will be open for nominations to be received:

• President

• Vice President

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Data Base Co-ordinator

• Bookings Officer

• District Co-Ordinator

• Grounds and Maintenance Officer

• Canteen Manager

• Covid Co-Ordinator

• Sports Council Representative

Any business, amendments or motions need to be received by the 27 February 2023 and will be circulated prior to the AGM
