The Leongatha Table Tennis Club  has seen  a significant improvement over the last few weeks in the standard of juniors competition. Trent, Jesse and Mick have all upgraded their bats and are really having intense rally’s. Trent has had to work hard to beat Jesse winning 12-10,12-14,11-9. Mick is starting to handle his new bat beating Bailey 11-9,11-7. Sam had a good win over Mick 11-8,11-9. Hudson took care of Sam 11-7,11-8. Riley and Charlie had a good game with Riley winning 11-8,7-11,11-9, Samuel and Charlie had a close rubber with Charlie winning 11-9,15-13, Ben and Ryan’s game ended with Ben winning 10-12,11-8,11-9. Jemimah is enjoying her matches and improving her scores. We are looking for more female players, so come and have a game at the Leongatha Recreation Reserve on Wednesdays, 4pm till 6pm.
Phil, Michael and Dom who run the junior program, are looking into getting a top grade Table Tennis coach to come and give some coaching lessons to the juniors.
