Registration is only available online and all payment is to be made online by 16th December 2023.

Late entries will incur a $100 surcharge.

Entry fees include a Welcome BBQ and presentation Function, and one New Year's Eve "pig on the spit dinner" (vegetarian and special dietary requirements upon request may be possible eith advance notice). Extra tickets for crew and family/friends for NYE are available with entry at $25 per head.

A Certificate of Currency evidencing the holding of third party insurance with a minimum cover of $10 million per event must be submitted when registering.

Payment Method

Credit/Debit Card (online) - attracts non-refundable charges imposed by our payment provider of a $1.60 transaction fee, plus a 2.041% surcharge on the total amount.
