- Monday 17 February - Applications open for students joining or member of LTU affiliated club
- Monday 24 February - Applications open to all (inclusive of students joining or belonging to non-LTU affiliated club)
- Monday 7 April - Applications close
Application Period 2
- Monday 14 July - Applications open for students joining or belonging to LTU affiliated club
- Monday 21 July - Applications open to all (inclusive of students joining or belonging to non-LTU affiliated club)
- Monday 1 September - Applications close
