La Trobe University has a proud history of excellence in sports performance, participation and contribution to sport. Since 2005 the University has held an Awards Dinner to celebrate and recognise performance of the highest calibre by its student athletes. In addition, La Trobe also acknowledges exemplary service to sport at the University by our affiliated clubs and individuals.

Following the tradition of Oxford and Cambridge, Blues Awards are a prestigious and valued symbol of sporting excellence in universities. At La Trobe, the Blues Awards recognise the outstanding sporting performances of our elite student athletes.

La Trobe University will consider award nominations for the period 1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023.
