Well done on a clean sweep last week with all netball team bringing home four points and our footballers enjoying a couple of wins also. It is this time of year that we life becomes very very busy so get your diaries out and pop down these dates - stay informed and if you don't know about something please ask. There might be others that are not up to date and we dont want anyone to miss out on anything. 

Fees

Please understand that as we are three weeks until the end of the season that Fiona will be on the hunt for late fee payers on Saturday. Please ensure your fees are all paid up as after this Saturday if you have not paid your fees you will not be able to take the court. Team Managers and Coaches will need to ensure all players are financial so this does not affect team performances. So, if you are a player who is not paid up you will be unable to take the court after Saturday (until fees are paid). 

Uniforms

Uniform reminder: We have lovely uniforms that people have spent a lot of time designing and getting made for you all to look so awesome each week. Please were the correct uniform so that you can demonstrate your pride in being a Lara Player. 

Please note that we don’t only lose team points for incorrect uniforms but we also get a fine from AFL Barwon - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE NOT THE REASON YOUR TEAM LOSES POINTS OR COSTS THE CLIUB MONEY.

If you require new uniforms or would like an update we will be having a measurement uniform ordering and sales night on August 15th - 5pm - 6pm for new players and either before or after training for existing players. 

Upcoming events:

19th September - Junior Presentation Night at the Lara Sporting Club. This years presentation will be a little different to the past couple of years. The club will be providing a chicken parkie and a drink to all players but we invite families to come along and join us for dinner also - it will be a great night where we can all join in celebrating the season 2019. 

11th August - Snake Drop - Lara Sporting Club

All Welcome 

24th August - we are inviting the entire club to our afternoon tea after our A Grade game against St Albans on this date. We also invite our All Abilities team to join us after the final game for the year. Come along and watch the girls play and then over to the club to see what we do after all home games - we enjoy a big afternoon tea. Its really casual and easy - a few presentations to best on court and other awards. Here is your opportunity to see another side of the club you may be missing out on! 

AGM

AGM - Please get involved in the decision making aspects of our club by joining our wonderful committee. This years AGM is 30th October - come and listen to what we all have to say and jump on board!
