Three areas of skills tested  -  Standing, Grappling and Sparring

Skill training games included.  Lots of trophies and medals and certificates.

Nominate to your Head Sempai in your respective dojo. Divisions will be based on age, weight, ability, rank.  From little Bambinos to Veterans are welcome plus the Black Belts division.

Cost TBA.  MUST be a member of Kyushin Ryu Jujitsu.  Come compete, have fun and enjoy the day.
