Kings Langley Little Athletics started as Lalor Park Little Athletics back in 1974. In the 1996/97 season the Centre moved to Morgan Power Reserve and changed the name to Kings Langley Little Athletics. Last year we celebrated our 50th Season and in doing so we picked up the 2023 Blacktown City Council Club of the Year, was one of four finalists for the LANSW Metro Centre of the Year and was appointed as the 2023/24 LANSW Innovative Centre of the Year.
We compete on Friday nights from September through to March at Morgan Power Reserve, Vardys Road, Kings Langley. Competition starts at 6:30pm (Tiny Tots & Race Walks start at 6:15pm).
We run a three week program which covers all eligible events - being sprints, hurdles, distance races, race walking, high jump, long jump, triple jump, shot put, javelin and discus.
We also compete in the North West Metro Zone, with successful athletes progressing to Region and onto State.
