Pre-Season Fitness (Specific times and dates to follow - keep an eye on our facebook page @kiamahockey)
These sessions are available to all club members and are designed to help strenghten specific muscle groups used in the game of hockey and improve fitness specific to the game with the aim of reducing the likelihood of injury and helping to ensure players are fit enough to enjoy playing.
The sessions allow people to work at their own level and are therefore suitable to all members of the club. Bring a towel and a drink.
