Please refer to the “Band Arrival and Muster” information sheet and the attached map to find your drop off location (“muster point”).
What to Bring
Musicians should arrive in their full band uniform and bring their Instrument (including mallets, drum sticks & beaters), music, light snack and drink. It is a good idea to have a meal beforehand.
During the Concert
Throughout the concert and interval, musicians will be back stage waiting to perform or seated in the Dress Circle with their Conductor and supervisors. Out of respect for all the other school bands taking part, musicians will not be dismissed until the concert is finished.

At the end of the concert, parents please return to the designated drop off point to meet your child. Bands will not be released to their parents at Stage Door.
