Uniform Deposit
A $100 deposit is required upon team selection and paid prior to the 31st Dec.
The deposit will pay for the pre-booking of accommodation.

You will receive an invoice from KWPA once you have nominated. 

Associated Costs
Each year KWPA hold fundraisers to financially support the travelling members. It is expected that each player to assist in all fundraising activities.

• Uniforms and Bathers are the responsibility of each player to fund.
• Transport to Perth/Return are the responsibility of each player to organise and fund.
• Transport to Bunbury from Perth airports on Friday 26th will be supplied by KWPA.
• Accommodation may be subsidised by KWPA (dependant on fundraising).

Training Information
Nominating players are expected to make every effort to attend all scheduled training sessions. Training for the state country sides will be on Sunday mornings and other sessions will be scheduled at the coaches’ discretion.

If under 18 you must have a legal guardian accompany you on the trip. If a player is to act as a guardian, then this must be approved by the Coach and Manager. Please ring the Manager to discuss options.

If you have any medical conditions, please request a medical form from your manager.

By nominating, you have read the above information and:

• Will be available for the 2021 State Country Water Polo Champs (26th Feb – 28th Feb 2021)
• Have transferred your $100 deposit and agree to pay all other amounts owing by 31st Dec 2020.
• Will make your best efforts to attend as many training’s as possible
