Dates of competition: Friday 28 February - Sunday 2nd March 2025
Location: Geographe Leisure Centre, Busselton
Nominations: Close Sunday 1st December 2024 (deposit and uniforms due by 31 December)

Uniform/Accommodation Deposit
A $100 deposit is required upon nomination and paid prior to the 31st Dec.
The deposit will pay for the pre-booking of accommodation.

You will receive an invoice from KWPA once you have nominated. 

Associated Costs

Each year KWPA hold fundraisers to financially support the travelling members. It is expected that each player to assist in all fundraising activities.

• Uniforms and bathers are the responsibility of each player to fund. KWPA bathers & hat are compulsory. The uniform will remain the same as last year. 
• Transport to Geraldton/Return are the responsibility of each player to organise and fund and be available for games commening midday Friday 28 February in Busselton. KWPA may consider options for a bus from Perth if sufficient demand.
• Accommodation may be subsidised by KWPA (dependant on fundraising).
• Final Function Ticket for Sunday night (Cost TBA)

Training Information
Nominating players are expected to make every effort to attend all scheduled advanced skills training sessions and Pilbara Championships games.

If under 18 you must have a legal guardian accompany you to the final function. If a player is to act as a guardian, then this must be approved by the Coach and Manager. Please ring the Manager to discuss options.

If you have any medical conditions, please request a medical form from your manager.

By nominating, you have read the above information and:

• Will be available for the 2025 State Country Water Polo Champs (28 February – 2nd March 2025) 
• Have transferred your $100 deposit and agree to pay amounts owing by 31st Dec 2024. 
• Will make your best efforts to attend as many trainings as possible
