This half-day course is designed for new and existing Coaches to gain or update their accreditation. Specific information regarding the course can be found in the Judo Australia CAF Coach Judo Program document downloadable below.

Before registering, please ensure you meet or have completed the following pre-requisites for this course:

1. 18 years of age minimum

2. First Aid qualification

3. Working with Children Check clearance

4. Ability to develop and implement a session plan

5. ASC Online Coaching Principles (Click Here) 

6. Heads Up Online Course (Click Here)

7. ASADA Level 1 Online Education (Click Here)

 

All coaches also need to bring the following to the course (see Downloads section below):

1. Completed lesson plan to teach a tachiwaza or newaza skill (to be handed in).
2. Completed game-based activity plan (to be handed in).
3. Completed application form (to be handed in).

 

All coaches will need to fully participate on the day(s).  This will include demonstration in the technical component.
