1. By-law 34 has been modified to have the effect of closing the voting roll at the time of the AGM being announced. Why? To remove the practice of stacking membership for the purpose of the AGM.
2. By-law 35 has been introduced to cap the number of directors from any given membership club at two (2) to ensure diversity of participation on the Board from a wider spectrum of membership clubs.
