NATIONAL MAT TAKEOVER

 

J-Girls brings together girls and women to celebrate the fun and community of Judo, and the amazing girls and women who drive it.  

Join our J-GIRLS Ambassadors for the NATIONAL MAT TAKEOVER: PERTH, taking place at UWA Judo Club, Goldsworthy Road, Claremont on March 23 from 10am.  

Our J-Girls Ambassadors are Australia’s  elite players and judo champions from around the country.  They’re also working coaches and incredible role models for all judoka.

WHO SHOULD BE THERE? 

J-Girls aged 5 to 105 from every corner of your state.  Come by yourself! Bring a whole bus!  Gi or no gi, absolute beginners, belts of all colours welcome.

WHAT’S THE PLAN?

Spend some time on the mat playing judo, learning the basics or teaching others! Meet some elite judo players! Bring your mates, make new ones,  and enjoy the J-Girls BBQ.

HOW MUCH?

Registered JA/State members:  $30. (tshirt, workout, BBQ, fun!)

 

Non-members: $90. (for all of the above, plus essential insurance for 12 months of J-Girls events).   

 

JOIN J-GIRLS AROUND THE COUNTRY!

March 23 from 10am: TAS, VIC,  SA, WA, NT, FNQ and SEQ

March 30 from 10am: NSW and ACT

 

J-GIRLS is a Judo Australia program funded under the PlayWell Strategy to boost participation and inclusion in Australian sport.
