2022 ACT Team Player Nomination Form
Listed within this form is the information you are required to complete to be considered for selection as a member of the 2022 ACT Judo Team.
This information must be completed by all due dates.
It is important that you are a current member of Judo ACT to participate in any organised state training sessions and be considered for seletion into the Australian National Championships.
Information on any State training times, locations and relevant competitions will be advertised via social media and emails.
Note:
Electronic payment must be completed as part of this online nomination, to be eligible for State Team selection.
In case of withdrawals for the Australian Championships, refunds will be allowed within 2 weeks prior to the 2022 National Championships – 27 May 2022 if accompanied with a medical certificate.
