Accident/Injury Disclaimer: I understand acting for myself and/or children agree that participation of Physical Culture Classes run by Jervis Bay Physical Culture Club Inc. are at my own risk. Any accident or injury incurred at such times is in no way the fault of the instructors, associates or committee members of the club and are my own responsibility.

Photography Disclaimer: I give permission for images and footage of me and/or my children to be used by Jervis Bay Physical Culture Club Inc. for publicity purposes. Photography and video footage may be used in class, appear on our website, Facebook, Instagram, other social media and in various marketing materials and press.

Payment Promise: By ticking that you agree to these terms you promise to pay all membership fees by their due date.   In the event that you need more time to pay - please set up a payment plan in your account, or email the club treasurer to assist with this.
