Procedure for Umpire Payments

  1. All Umpires and Technical Officials are to be registered with ISCH either as a playing Member or a Non-Playing Official to allow data capture and payments
  2. All Umpires and Technical Officials are required to complete the Statement by Supplier with Banking Details form which is attached (if this form is not completed, by law, the Association is required to withhold 46.5% of the payment for tax purposes). 
  3. Forms are be returned by email to finance@ihockey.com.au
  4. Once the form has been received, a confirmation email will be sent.
  5. Payments will be processed using data collected by Revolutionise. It is essential that names of umpires and TO’s are printed clearly on scoresheets to enable correct data to be entered.
  6. Payments can be made to a third party - eg a club, provided a form is completed and returned. In the Account field write the name of the club
  7. Payment processing for umpires and TO's will be done throughout the season (where possible).
