Registrations are NOW OPEN for the Under 14 and Under 16s Boys and Girls (Born 2008-2012) Off-season Development Clinics running throughout November and December; commencing on the 13th November. 

• Stick Sessions will run on Wednesday nights from 6-7:30pm
• Fitness Sessions will run on Thursday Nights from 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Dates are as follows: 

13^th November – Sticks 6-7:30pm

14^th November – Fitness with Jade Lally – 5:30pm – 6:30pm

20^th November – Sticks 6-7:30pm

21^st November – Fitness with Jade – 5:30pm-6:30pm

27^th November – Sticks 6-7:30pm

28^th November – Fitness 6-7:30pm

4^th December – Sticks 6-7:30pm

5^th December – Fitness – 5:30pm-6:30pm

Athletes will be given the opprtunity to be coached by high performance coaches in partnership with our Ipswich Representative coaches.

The Ignite program is $50 - this is required to be paid upon registration.
