Team nominations are currently closed as we prepare for the season roll-over. Nominations will reopen early next year. Once you have re-registered with Ipswich Hockey for the 2025 season, you will be able to submit your nomination.

Calling for player nominations for 2025 Ipswich Open Men.

The Ipswich Open Men's program will officially commence on Monday 10 February 2025.

The Open Men and Women teams will compete at the Hockey QLD Championships | 23 May - 25  May at the State Hockey Centre, Brisbane

To be eligible to represent Ipswich at the HQ Championships, those nominating MUST be at least turning 18 years of age in 2025, and primary registered with Ipswich Hockey Association.

Within the Open's program there is the possibility of arranged trial games, these could occur on a day other than the general Monday training evening, and at another association. Players are also expected to be available for these trial games, within reason.

Ipswich Opens teams will not travel or stay together for the HQ State Championships - any travel and/or accommodation required will be the responsibility of the individual.

Please note that the Hockey Queensland Championship may be used as a selection for 2025 Queensland Country teams/squads.

Nominations close on Friday 7th February 2025.
