The Representative Coahcing Seminar will be run by our own Rep Coaching Coordinator, Sara Rogers! It will be held on the 17th May, 5:30pm-6:30pm in the clubhouse.

This seminar will cover key concepts to be addressed when either coaching a representative team such as:

  • Way of Play
  • High Performance Beahviours
  • Basic Nutrition
  • How to implement an effective training session
  • Fitness components

Along side Sara, there will be guest speakers ex-Hockeyroo, Amy Kickbusch (nee Korner) and Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist, Jade Lally.

All three of these women have a wealth of knowledge on all the aspects in supporting high performance athletes!

It is recommended that all those who have nominated to coach and/or select IHA representative teams to attend this seminar.
