IPSWICH IGNITE IS HERE!

Ipswich Ignite is Ipswich Hockey's NEW Off-season Junior Development Program. Ipswich Ignite is about putting our athetes on the path to success.

On-field hockey sessions are targeted at key identified areas of focus in order to improve both our athletes and our teams.

Off-field and conditioning sessions are additions to provide a more holistic approach to athlete development.

Sessions are longer in duration and less frequent - designed this way to make the program more accessible.

Cost for the Ipswich Ignite Under 14 Boys program is $100 all inclusive. Payment, or payment arrangements, must be made prior to the commencement of the program. • Tuesday 8 November 5-7 PM - Pressing and Outletting
• Tuesday 29 OR Wednesday 30 November (TBC) - Practical Nutrition Session
• EVERY Tuesday & Thursday Morning 25 October - 1 December 6:15-7:15 AM - Ipswich Ignite 6-Week Conditioning Program
• Saturday 10 December 8-2 PM - Development Training and Matches w/ Valleys Brisbane
• Saturday 17 December 10:30-1:30 PM - Ignite Elite Clinic - Gabrielle Nance | Hockeyroo & 2016 Rio Olympian

Ipswich Ignite is open to ALL Ipswich Hockey members within the designated age groups. Accessibility to programming is vital to the sustained development of Ipswich Hockey and its members.
