AGM Information
Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Ipswich Hockey Association Inc. will be held on Monday, 10 February 2024 commencing 7.00pm in the Clubhouse at the Ipswich Hockey Complex, 65 Briggs Road, Raceview.
2024 Office Bearer and Official positions will be declared vacant followed by elections to fill all positions for 2025. Positions for 2025 and a summary of the duties for those positions are below. A copy of the Nomination Form for Office Bearers for the 2025 season is also below.
Any Club/Life Member wishing to nominate a person or persons for Office Bearer, Official or Delegate for the 2025 season must ensure all duly signed nominations are received by the Secretary of Ipswich Hockey Association Inc. by Monday, 13 January 2025.
