NOTICE: Annual General Meeting for Hurricanes Softball Club

Saturday 8 July | 4pm to 5pm | Raider's Club Kippax

Members are invited to the AGM and to nominate for elections to Club Director positions falling vacant.

Nominations for a Director position must be emailed to hurricanessoftball@outlook.com no less than 3 days prior to the AGM (by 4pm 5 July). If nominations totalling less than the total of vacancies are received prior to the AGM, nominations may be taken from the floor at the AGM.

Any member is permitted to attend the AGM, if so permitted by their member type, vote for the candidates who have nominated for election.
