The Club is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (ACT).
The colours of the Club shall be Orange and Grey, with Black and white.
The objectives of the Club as set out in the Constitution shall be:
To foster the game of Softball in the Australian Capital Territory area.
To provide a safe and enjoyable environment for members to participate in Softball at junior club level, senior club level and provide an outlet for social competition.
To invest monies of the Club not required for operational measures to purchase assets for the benefit of the Members.
