Our new look

The 2024-25 Season will see Hurricanes take to the diamonds with a brand new look. Thank you to all the members who participated in the recent member survey. We have used your responses to inform our new brand. Our primary colours remain orange and black.

The wings in our new logo represent: 

• the 3 leagues the Club enters teams in: juniors, seniors and social

• the merger of the Hurricanes team with Hawker primary teams in 2015 

• that many of our teams are named after aircraft - like the Hawker Hurricane

New uniforms

With our new branding comes a new uniform. Through the survey you told us there should be one uniform for our junior, senior and social teams. Reflecting your feedback, we will present a united front on the diamond, and members who play in more than one competition only need one playing shirt. We will move to wearing black playing bottoms. 

We will transition to our new uniform over the next 2 seasons. 

For the 2024-25 season:

• players can wear black bottoms of their choice (softball pants, leggings, track pants etc) or continue to wear grey

• junior players will be provided a loan shirt to be returned at the end of the season

• senior players can purchase a new playing shirt at a discounted price before Monday 2 September, or continue to wear their existing playing shirt for this season. 

• new hats, visors and hoodies will be available to purchase through our uniform for supplier’s online shop
