New Uniforms
Our New Uniform
Hurricanes introduced a new brand and uniform for the 2024-2025 season. Players can transition to the new uniform over the next 2 seasons.
To purchase a new uniform, players can either visit Hurricanes uniform shop on the Athlead website (for some items allow 5 weeks for delivery and Club distribution to players) or order the following instock items direct from Hurricanes:
Playing shirts
Through the 2024 club survey, members told us your preference was one uniform for our junior, senior and social teams. Reflecting this feedback, we present a united front on the diamond, and members who play in more than one competition only need one playing shirt.
Juniors
Junior players can either purchase their own shirt or request a loan shirt (at the low cost of $10/season), to be returned at the end of the season.
Order a junior loan shirt shirt by completing the loan shirt form.

Purchase your own junior playing jersey from Athlead Hurricanes shop (with customised name and number on the back) for $46 + delivery. Please allow 5 weeks for delivery and Club distribution to players.

Purchase a discounted instock playing jersey from Hurricanes (without customisation) here. Instock shirts will be distributed by your team manager
Seniors
Senior players can purchase a new playing shirt at a discounted price (without customisation) here. These shirts will be distributed by your team manager

Senior players may wear their existing playing shirt for the 2024-25 season.
Playing pants/bottoms
Over the next 2 years the club will transition to black pants/bottoms.This change is based on responses to the 2024 member survey.
Players may continue to wear grey playing bottoms this season.
The following black bottoms are acceptable:

softball/baseball pants: long or knickerbocker length

shorts

skorts
-
leggings
-
tracksuit pants.
Individual teams can apply to the Club Registrar for a team colour alternative.
Hats/visors
New Hurricanes hats and visors are available to purchase through the online shop until Monday 16 September.
After this date a small number of hats/visors may be available for purchase from the club
Players may continue to wear their existing Hurricanes hats this season.
Players who do not wish to purchase a Hurricanes hat or visor may wear a solid black cap, visor, bucket hat or legionnaires cap.
Socks
Socks should be black.
Players wearing knickerbocker style pants, shorts or skorts should wear knee length black socks.
Helmets
Where possible helmets should be solid black.
ACT representative players may wear royal blue helmet with a yellow ACT decal.
Players may wear other coloured helmets.
Undershirts
Undershirts or sleeves worn with the HSC uniform should be black or white.
Hoodies
Club hoodies are available for players and supporters to purchase via our online shop.
