VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE
Hunter Volleyball Inc (HV) is guided by an amazing volunteer committee, which meets approximately every 2 months to make the decisions about our programs, fundraising, and future! If you'd like to join the Committee and part of the process, we'd love to hear from you! Contact Zack (secretary@huntervolleyball.com.au) for information about joining as a General Committee member.

HV OFFICE
Our part-time Program Coordinator Michelle is a whiz on the keyboard, loves a spreadsheet, and pumps out the messages and images on our socials. She'll be your first point of contact once you register for a program, making sure you've got your membership current, can assist with any payment queries, give an update about "what's next", or help with your merchandise shop purchases.
If you are interested in supporting HV programs or fundraising initiatives, then we'd love to talk with you about what's on offer in 2025 and beyond. Messages sent via the HV Facebook Page will be reviewed and responded to as soon as possible within business hours, but we just want to let you know we are not always online, so there may be a slight delay as we juggle our work and personal commitments whilst also keeping the HV volleyball community occupied and active!
COMMUNICATION & NOTIFICATIONS
Throughout the first quarter of 2025 there'll be lots of updates as people get settled back into work and school and make their bookings / registrations for recreation time! There'll be a few Member Emails sent out showing you what's on offer and how to register.
