The U18 Junior Social Competition returns for its fourth year, as an important competition for boys and for girls:

• transitions players from U15 skill programs into confident weekly competitors
• provides important referee development; and
• prepares players for selection into the U18 Junior Volleyball League starting in June
• open to juniors born 1 June 2006 or later.

There is a teams training session, round robin competition + semi's and finals.  Players will all learn how to referee (first and second), complete a scoresheet and be a linesperson during this competition.

All players must be graded before placement in a team for the season, and coaches will build their teams to equally distribute skill level of all players between all teams. 

PLAYER FEES

All players selected must be current U18 Members of Hunter Volleyball.  New players can select the 3 Month Membership expiring 31/3/2024.

If redeeming your Active Kids Voucher, make sure you enter the voucher number.  We then manually redeem the voucher from Service NSW and issue you with an amended invoice for the remaining balance. 

The 1 week pre-season plus 7 week season costs $120pp incl GST.  The $50 Active Kids Vouchers can be redeemed towards your player fees.

Finals night matches will also be the first opportunity for players to impress the coaches who will be conducting selections for players to compete with the Sunbirds, Sharks, Panthers or Redbacks teams in the Junior Volleyball League starting June.
