If there's a high and easy ball coming over the net, who's job is it to get that one, and what is everyone else doing to get ready to attacK?

Why are opponents calling 'left seam' and 'right seam' when you are lining up to serve the ball at them?  Why does it matter? 

Learning how to set up your team to receive the serve, identify who's job is it to cover short, long and in-between is crucial to get your team 'in system' and creating an effective attack.  It all starts wth the pass!   But who's job is it to pass?!
