Hockey SA REGISTRATION 2024

Hockey SA Registration- Proceed to the bottom of this page & click "Returning Member' or 'New Member'.

This fee must be paid at the time of registration with a credit card.  This fee goes directly to Hockey SA, not to the club.
 

Hockey SA fees MUST be paid  prior to playing your first game. 

There is a 5 game option for new players (as a come and try). Please speak with Kathryn if using this option.

Age is as of January 1st 2024   

Medicare Sports Vouchers for any Players from Reception to Year 9: 
 Download the from here Sports Vouchers. Please give Sports Voucher forms to Jen Gerrard on 0413 237 158, your coach or hummockhillhockeyclub@gmail.com

Hummock Hill Club fee to be confirmed shortly- please note this is a seperate fee to Hockey SA, and will paid directly to the club.
